The company was formed in mid 2005 by myself, Safia Sajawal, a Recruitment manger with over six years experience within the recruitment industry, previously working for large multi nationals.

So what gave me the idea of setting up Reds Recruitment Limited in the first
place? Well, at this time, the recruitment market was changing direction and whilst working for a large national company I felt that I could deliver a more personal/bespoke service that both client and candidate were demanding.

That was all the encouragement I needed, it was now my passion to launch this bespoke business.

On July 4th 2005 Reds recruitment was launched and the branch opened its doors for trading. Immediately the business grew and our objectives were to provide a high-quality service to both client and candidate with integrity.

Using the knowledge and experience I had, Reds recruitment expanded into various sectors of the recruitment industry and widened its client locality. This allowed us to display a true definition of Reds recruitment’s core values and objectives.

Reds Recruitment is the first agency in the Ousburn valley. We are the based in Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East of England.
