Description:
This role is a full time opportunity
for a responsible skilled metal fabrication with
experience in all aspects of mild steel and repairs
using mainly MIG ( & some Arc ) welding and
oxyacetelene equipment and replacing worn parts.
Needs to be self motivated and adapt to changes.
The role involves reconditioning, repairing and
small amount of refinishing mini excavators, dumpers,
rollers, mixers compressors, forklifts, JCB's
small tools and air tools, including occasional
demonstration of machines and attachments to clients.
Daily paperwork such as records of repair work
and parts requests required. The successful candidate
will be working alongside and under a Yard Foreman
and fitter. Some experience with hydraulics would
be beneficial.
4 weeks trial, fixed 6 month contract
Hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm/6pm depending
on work load, 30 min lunch break.
20 days holiday + bank holidays
